01About These Terms

Jurvexis is a legal practice management platform engineered specifically for law firms, bankruptcy practitioners, litigators, and multidisciplinary legal practices. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of all Jurvexis software, web and mobile applications, client portals, APIs, and associated services.

By creating an account, accessing, or using Jurvexis, you represent that you have the authority to bind the law firm, organization, or entity you represent to these Terms. If you do not have such authority, or if you do not agree to all terms and conditions, you must not access or use the platform.

02Scope of Use and Licenses

Subject to full compliance with these Terms and timely payment of subscription fees, Jurvexis grants your law firm a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform strictly for your internal legal practice operations.

Authorized users must maintain confidential login credentials. Your firm remains solely responsible for all activities conducted under your firm's accounts, whether authorized by firm management or not, including actions taken by staff, associates, or contractors.

03Subscription & Fees

All subscriptions are billed in advance on either a monthly or annual basis, as specified at the time of purchase. Fees are non-refundable except where explicitly required by applicable law or stated in an executed enterprise agreement.

04Client & Matter Information

All legal matter data, court filings, client contact records, pleadings, and confidential files uploaded to Jurvexis remain the exclusive property of your law firm and your clients. Jurvexis claims no ownership rights whatsoever over your firm's confidential legal data.

We process customer data solely in accordance with your instructions, our Privacy Policy, and our Data Processing Agreement (DPA). We maintain technical, organizational, and physical safeguards designed to preserve attorney-client privilege and work-product confidentiality.

05Account Cancellation & Data Deletion

Following the cancellation or expiration of a subscription, customer data is preserved to permit seamless service reactivation and access to historical records. Jurvexis does not automatically purge customer data upon subscription cancellation. If a law firm wishes to have its account and all associated matter records permanently deleted from active production servers, the primary account administrator must submit a formal written deletion request to

06Platform Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% platform uptime for all critical practice management features. Scheduled maintenance windows are communicated in advance and performed during off-peak hours whenever feasible to minimize disruption to court filing deadlines.

While we employ redundant cloud infrastructure and continuous data replication, Jurvexis does not guarantee that the platform will operate completely uninterrupted or error-free at all times. Law firms are strongly encouraged to maintain independent backups of critical court filings.

07Acceptable Use & Conduct

You agree not to misuse the Jurvexis platform or assist any third party in doing so. Prohibited conduct includes reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to discover source code; transmitting malware or malicious code; attempting unauthorized penetration testing; or using the service to violate legal ethics or privacy laws.

Any violation of this section constitutes grounds for immediate suspension or permanent termination of your law firm's account without refund or prior notice.

08Third-Party Integrations & Services

Jurvexis may provide integrations with third-party software tools, including court electronic filing systems, legal research databases, accounting platforms, and email clients. These integrations are provided solely for user convenience.

Jurvexis is not responsible for the availability, security, accuracy, or data handling practices of third-party services. Your firm's use of third-party tools is governed exclusively by the terms and privacy policies of those respective providers.

09Intellectual Property Rights

The Jurvexis platform, including its software, architecture, designs, algorithms, user interfaces, branding, and proprietary legal workflow templates, is protected by copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws.

No right, title, or interest in or to our intellectual property is transferred to your law firm or any authorized user, except for the limited revocable license expressly set forth in Section 02.

10No Legal Advice / Practice of Law Disclaimer

JURVEXIS IS A TECHNOLOGY SOFTWARE PROVIDER AND IS NOT A LAW FIRM. JURVEXIS DOES NOT PRACTICE LAW, PROVIDE LEGAL ADVICE, DRAFT LEGAL OPINIONS, OR ESTABLISH AN ATTORNEY-CLIENT RELATIONSHIP WITH ANY USER OR CLIENT.

Any workflow templates, automated docket calculators, filing deadline reminders, or legal forms provided through the platform are administrative tools only. The subscribing law firm and its licensed attorneys remain solely responsible for exercising independent professional judgment, verifying all court rules, statutes of limitations, filing deadlines, and document accuracy.

11Warranties & Disclaimers

Except as expressly provided herein jurvexis is provided on an as is and as available basis without warranties of any kind whether express implied statutory or otherwise.

We specifically disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability fitness for a particular purpose title and non infringement we do not warrant that legal workflow calculations or docket reminders constitute formal legal advice.

12Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law in no event shall jurvexis its officers directors employees or affiliates be liable for any indirect incidental special consequential or punitive damages including loss of profits data goodwill or court sanctions.

Our aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or relating to these terms or the service shall not exceed the total amount actually paid by your law firm to jurvexis in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim

13Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to your use of Jurvexis shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising under or relating to these Terms shall be settled by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules. Judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. Nothing in this section shall prevent either party from seeking preliminary injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property rights.

14Changes to Platform and Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect operational enhancements, new software capabilities, or statutory modifications. When changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

For material changes that adversely affect your firm's rights or financial obligations, we will provide at least thirty (30) days' advance notice via email to primary account administrators or visible platform notifications before changes take effect.

Continued use of the platform after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes binding acceptance of the updated terms.
